Solution: Utilizing a “customized photovoltaic curtain wall module + integrated design and construction” model, the module appearance (fully transparent, translucent, or colored glaze) is customized to the architectural style, with color and size precisely matching the existing curtain wall. High-efficiency double-glass panels (with a conversion efficiency exceeding 23%) are selected, offering sound insulation, heat insulation, and resistance to a force 12 typhoon. These panels replace traditional curtain walls, achieving the triple functions of “power generation, energy conservation, and protection.” Furthermore, circuit layout is optimized based on commercial electricity usage patterns (peak daytime demand coincides with sunlight), and an intelligent energy management system is implemented to monitor power generation and consumption in real time. Implementation Results: A 10,000 square meter shopping mall facade can be equipped with an 800kW system, generating over 800,000 kWh of electricity annually, meeting 15%-20% of the mall’s electricity needs and saving 400,000-500,000 yuan in electricity bills annually. The photovoltaic curtain wall reduces air conditioning energy consumption by 12% in summer and heating energy consumption by 8% in winter, while also enhancing the building’s image as a “green landmark,” increasing customer traffic by 5%-8%, and generating a 3%-5% premium on rent, achieving a win-win situation for both energy efficiency and commercial value.
