Power supply to remote areas without power grid

Solution: Customized off-grid systems combining photovoltaic panels, lithium-ion battery storage, and diesel generator backup are developed. Panel capacity is configured based on average daily power consumption (e.g., 5kW panels + 10kWh of storage), and an MPPT controller is used to maximize charging efficiency. The energy storage system provides 3-5 days of backup power, and the diesel generators are activated only during consecutive rainy days, reducing fuel consumption.
Results: Electricity costs in remote areas are reduced by 70% (compared to diesel generators), power supply stability is increased to 99%, and diesel consumption is reduced by 1-2 tons annually, addressing the challenges of powering farmers and herdsmen’s daily needs and small processing equipment.
