Project Background: The rooftop of a villa in Vlotho, Germany, is limited in area, allowing for only 20 modules. The owner sought both power efficiency and a harmonious integration of the modules with the architectural style.
Implementation: Utilizing Aiko’s N-type ABC Neostar 450W all-black modules, the project utilizes full back-contact technology to achieve a 9kW installed capacity within the limited area. The silver frame perfectly complements the house’s design.
Application Results: Compared to traditional TOPCon modules, the project generates 480 kWh more electricity annually, covering a household’s average electricity consumption for 50 days and reducing carbon emissions by 238 kg annually. This project has become a benchmark for combining “efficiency and aesthetics” in the DIY photovoltaic industry.
